Reporting infringement
If you believe something posted on halfture.com or in the Halfture app infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The material you say infringes it, and where it is (a link is best).
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Our designated agent
Copyright Agent, [COMPANY NAME], a Delaware company, [ADDRESS]. Email: support@halfture.com (subject: Copyright). Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, registration number [DMCA REGISTRATION NUMBER].
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send the agent a counter-notice with your signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Delaware, if you live outside the US) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the sender tells us they have gone to court.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
