These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], a Delaware company, [ADDRESS] (“Halfture”, “we”). They cover the Halfture app and halfture.com. By using them, you agree to these terms, the Community rules below and our Privacy Policy.
What Halfture is
Halfture is the Daily Bitcoin Prayer App: a verse, a short prayer and the block height each morning. Theology, not advice. Nothing in Halfture is financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice, and Halfture makes no price predictions.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13, and in the EU at least 16 or have a parent’s consent. If you use Halfture for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your account
Keep your phone, your Google account and your sower code safe: your sower code works like a password for the Ark. Halfture will never ask for your keys, seed phrase or passwords.
Halfture Plus
- Halfture Plus is a subscription sold through Google Play (or the App Store on iPhone), at $15 a month or $90 a year, or the price shown in your store in your currency.
- It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then shown, until you cancel it in the store. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Plus opens Pip Chat, the Plus looks for Pip and the Plus missions, and adds 1,500 Manna and two grace freezes each month. We may change or add features, and will tell you before a price change applies to you.
- Refunds follow the store’s policy and your local law.
Manna, looks and Graze
- Manna is points with no cash value. It cannot be sold, traded, transferred or turned into money or bitcoin, and it is lost if your account is deleted.
- Top-ups are bought through Google Play (or the App Store) and add Manna. Looks for Pip, Graze upgrades and Graze skills are spent with Manna and only change the app. Purchases and spending are final except where the store’s policy or the law says otherwise.
- The wheel is free once a day and is never sold. Nothing in Halfture is a paid chance to win anything of value.
- We may change how Manna is earned or spent.
Pip Chat
Pip Chat answers come from an AI (Claude, made by Anthropic), grounded in the King James Bible and Halfture’s sermons. They can be wrong: check every verse in your own Bible. They are theology, not advice, and never financial, investment, legal or medical advice; for serious matters, talk to your pastor. Pip is a sheep, not a pastor, and never speaks as God. In a crisis the app shows help lines instead of an answer; if you are in danger, call your local emergency number. Report any answer that is wrong or harmful with Report under the answer. There is a daily limit on questions.
Sowing
Sowing happens on halfture.com only. It supports Halfture itself. It is not a charity donation, not tax-deductible and not an investment, and it earns nothing, not even Manna. Payments are processed by BTCPay Server; we never hold your funds or keys. Sowing is final.
Community rules
Threads and replies in the Ark are shared with other people. Keep them kind and on topic. These are not allowed:
- Hate, harassment, threats or bullying.
- Sexual, violent or graphic content.
- Spam, advertising, or links to scams.
- Price calls, shilling or financial advice.
- Asking anyone for keys, seed phrases, passwords or money.
- Pretending to be someone else, including Halfture.
- Anything illegal, or other people’s private information or copyrighted work.
Reports, removals and appeals
Anyone can report a post with Report in the Ark, and an answer in Pip Chat with Report under it. Moderators review reports and may remove posts, and pause or close accounts; they may act without warning when someone is at risk. When we remove your post, we tell you why where you posted it. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@halfture.com within six months and a person will look again. Our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act is support@halfture.com, in English.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and share it in Halfture for as long as it is posted. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
Copyright
We respond to notices of copyright infringement and close the accounts of repeat infringers. See our Copyright Policy.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or at halfture.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Cancelling Halfture Plus is done in the store.
No warranty
Halfture is provided as it is and as available. The block height comes from public sources and may be late or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Halfture is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your own courts. If you live in the EU or the UK, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or on this page before the change applies. If you keep using Halfture after that, the new terms apply.
